Returns and exchanges of goods

Do you want to return a product purchased from us? You can do so by sending us a statement of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the ordered products. Returned goods must not bear any traces of use, must be factory sealed and should be returned unaltered and in the original packaging. The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the product.

IN ORDER TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE:

You can download and fill out the withdrawal form with the returned products marked on it and send it completed, and signed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to the email address: info@furfable.com or by mail to:

Pack the goods together with the signed form in an envelope or box and send it back within 14 days, counting from the day you have withdrawn from the contract. Remember to properly secure the returned products for transportation. Send the package to the address indicated above (by courier or mail).

You will be notified by email about the refund. It takes a maximum of 14 days from the moment of informing the store about the withdrawal from the contract. This period may be extended until you receive the returned product or provide confirmation of shipment.

The form of reimbursement depends on the method of payment you have chosen when placing the order.
We do not accept cash on delivery, shipped at cost and parcel post.

If you find a defect or damage to the product, you can file a complaint. To make a complaint, please download and complete the complaint form. Send the completed and signed form to the following email address: info@furfable.com

To expedite your claim, we recommend that you attach photos documenting the defect or damage. Remember that we have the right to ask you to send the advertised product back to us at the address:
