Delivery and payment

DELIVERY

In our store, the lead time includes the time of order completion and delivery time. Shipments on Polish territory are delivered via courier DPD,DPD Pickup, InPost, Orlen Paczka. Foreign shipments are carried out by DPD company.

Depending on the selected option, the waiting time for the package can be from 2 to 7 business days.

  • The cost of shipping within Poland is:
    • InPost Paczkomaty – PLN 11
    • DPD PickUp, Orlen Parcel, DPD Courier – 9.66zł
  • Orders with a value of more than 250 PLN are delivered for free within Poland.

You will be informed of the shipment of your order in a separate email. In it you will also find a link to track the shipment. If you are a registered user of the store, you can also track your shipment after logging into your account, in the “Your orders” tab.

In hot weather, we recommend another form of delivery than parcel vending machines, unless you are sure that the vending machine is standing in a shady place and you will be able to pick up the package quickly.

NOTE!

All shipments, packed in a cardboard box. Package damaged, bearing signs of opening, crushing, repackaging or wrapped with other tape, should not be received. Damage should be reported to the courier/carrier or at the parcel machine (either in the app or on the screen of the machine).

PAYMENTS

You can prepay for purchases in our store by online transfer from your bank or using a payment card and bank transfer. Online payments are processed through the operator tpay.com. During the processing of your order, after selecting the “PayU payment” option and confirming your order, you will be redirected to the payu.com website. Payment verification usually takes up to 3 hours. All data is transmitted through an encrypted connection secured by a certificate, via TLS protocol. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the payment made. You can choose payment by bank transfer at the stage of order placement. Bank transfer details will be provided on the page after placing the order and in the order confirmation email. Your payment is expected for 3 days. The order will be forwarded for processing after your bank transfer is credited. If your payment is not received within the time specified above, your order will be automatically canceled.
